PBJ policy is to NEVER encourage or accept credit card data in an email. Credit cards must be submitted in person or orally via phone. If customer provides credit card via email, it is WITHOUT consent of PBJ or its employee and at the customer’s own risk.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges, or credits.
Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours of receiving them.
All Domestic USA orders are shipped Priority Insured Mail, $7.50 up to $150 item value. $14.50 above $150 item value.
All International orders are shipped International First Class, $35 up to $150 value. $50 above $150 value.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Please include your complete shipping address, including name and zip code, plus a phone and email where you can be reached if there are questions.
New York State residents: Please apply local sales tax to your order.

Backorders: If your order contains an item that we expect to restock within 10 business days, we will notify you of the ETA via email. If you choose not to wait for the delayed item, we will issue a refund for that portion of your order. Please reorder at a later date.
Store Hours: Orders will be received and processed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, excluding national and bank holidays. All orders received outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
Rush Orders: Request “RUSH MY ORDER” when you use the PayPal shopping cart. We will invoice you via email for a $45 RUSH SURCHARGE. When your payment clears into my PayPal account, I will apply overnight insured shipping to your order. Your order will get my immediate attention and ship right away. We will confirm the date shipped to you via email, tracking #, and expected arrival date.
Returns & Exchanges: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or store credits are given. If you receive an item you did not order, please return it in original packaging, in original condition, and with a copy of your receipt, to our shipping address at 114 Academy Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601, stating reason for return. A refund will be applied in such cases.

We source materials by hand in limited quantities to assure you get the highest quality possible. We make every effort to have items in stock, but availability is not guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We strongly urge customers placing custom orders to allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
